If I throw a stick, will you leave?
I often feel like doing that to a lot of people, is that bad? Am I turning into an antisocial freak? Am I so amusing that I want to spend so much time with myself?
What surprises me is the number of people I know who feel the same way. It makes me feel better because I am not alone in this world… err, why would that make me feel better when I like to be alone?
If a lot of people prefer to be alone, how do relationships form? If you spend a lot of time with just the people you know, or worse, yourself, how do you grow?
I think that’s why they invented the Internet.
Petals in the wind
Petal 1: Mum
Last week, mum found a tumour on her brain, well it’s actually on the membrane surrounding the brain. It has to be removed and the surgery is tomorrow at 4pm. I am praying that everything will be alright, that she will be safe and hopefully will recover quickly
If you are reading this, I would love your positive thoughts and prayers too, anything to help make things right again
Petal 2: My best friend
He started a new job and isn’t happy. In fact he has been down and depressed for a while. I feel for him and hope with all my heart that he finds what he’s looking for soon. I’m sending positive thoughts to him.
Petal 3: My short film
Ah, finally I finished tweaking my script, got my actors, got some of the props, read the terms & conditions of entry (wow, so many forms to fill!). I think I’m almost there. If all goes well, weekend of 13th Dec will be the date to shoot. I am so excited!
The plan is to do the Afterlife Scene first, and hopefully that will only take one day. If all goes well, I may be able to ask the supporting actor to do the Pursuit scene on the same day, it will save him coming back to do just that take. The next day, we will have to do the blue screen shots: the Hospital scenes, more on the Pursuit scene, and if we’re lucky, we can do the Spring scene as well *cross fingers*. We should be able to do the shooting in two days, three at max.
Some locations and pics for the film:

Wish me luck!
